About Me:
Dr Sherwin Goh obtained his Medical degree from the University of Tasmania with Honours. He has worked in hospitals in Adelaide and Brisbane, including areas of Orthopaedics, Emergency Medicine and Paediatrics. He has subsequently completed his Fellowship with the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners and the Australasian College of Sport and Exercise Physicians. Having worked in different environments and being dual Fellowship trained, he has gained valuable experience and skills to work with individuals to find solutions. Sherwin was awarded the College medal for his performance in the 2020 ACSEP Fellowship exams.
He considers everybody an athlete and enjoys consulting people from all walks of life with sporting and musculoskeletal injuries or medical issues. He has served in the military, published research in concussion, regularly participates in ongoing learning to keep up to date with current evidence, and has a holistic approach to health and performance. He will work closely with your GP specialist and other specialists in their fields to give you practical advice, intervene with exercise prescription, medications and appropriate injections.
